- Standard Delivery: Please allow 2-9 working days for standard delivery via Australia Post eParcel.
- Express delivery: Please allow 2-4 working days for express delivery via Express Post.
- Please note: Orders received before midnight will be dispatched the following business day.
Express Delivery orders are delivered 1 business day after dispatch date to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and 3 business days after dispatch date to all other locations. Check if your suburb is within the Express Post network.
Church & Dwight makes no guarantee around delivery times. However, if you have any questions or queries about the delivery, or non-delivery of products, please contact Church & Dwight customer service.
Shipping rates are specified on the website during the checkout process.
Should a product be unavailable in our warehouse, it will be listed out of stock on the website.
We honour your rights under Australian Consumer Law and offer a full replacement for mechanical faults, including DOA, manufacturing defects and damage occurred during transport to your mailing address.
